When do you ship?
We ship every Wednesday! To get your goodies in that week, please place your order by Monday 10am.
Shipping costs and delivery times
We ship across New Zealand. Shipping costs are:
- Wellington region: $8
- North Island: $10.50
- South Island: $12.50
All orders are dispatched every Wednesday. Delivery usually takes overnight, but sometimes it may take up to 2 days depending on location.
Can I include a message with my order?
Yes! You can add a personalised message in the Notes section at checkout. We’ll include it with your order exactly as written — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or special surprises!
How long do the biscuits and slices last?
Our treats are best enjoyed fresh! Most biscuits and slices last 5–7 days in an airtight container. Some slices can last a little longer if kept cool.
Can I freeze them?
Yes! Most biscuits and slices freeze beautifully. Just wrap them well and defrost at room temperature when ready to enjoy.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
Absolutely! We have a variety of vegan and gluten-free goodies. Each product is clearly labelled, so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We can wrap your order beautifully and include a personalised note. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because.
Can I order in bulk for events?
Absolutely! Email us with your event details and we’ll create a quote for your biscuits, slices, or sweet treats.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide across New Zealand — all orders are sent on Wednesdays. Shipping prices are listed above!

Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for the best taste and texture. Avoid direct sunlight or heat.
