When will my order be delivered?

We whip up your order fresh and hand it over to NZ Couriers from Monday to Thursday. While we aim to deliver asap, generally overnight, keep in mind that the courier schedules can be a bit unpredictable, so your goodies might take an extra one to two working days. Thanks for your understanding as we do our best to get them to you!

How much is delivery?

Nationwide delivery (1-2 working days) will cost from $7 onwards (that's Wellington) and it depends on how far the Biscuits need to go and the size of your order. You can find the exact cost calculated at the checkout page. Local delivery in Wellington city is only $3.

Where do you deliver to?

We've got nationwide delivery covered via NZ Couriers, usually overnight from 1-2 working days.The shipping fee will be calculated during checkout, based on your specific postcode. Just a heads up, rural addresses will have an additional $7 charge.Keep in mind, we can't send your goodies to P.O. Boxes or Private Bags.

When do you send the Biscuits off?

To ensure your Biscuits have a speedy journey and don't sit around all weekend, we send them out from Monday to ThursdayWhich means if you order on or after Wednesday we'll send your parcel the following Monday.If you need your Biscuits on a certain date get in touch and we can see what we can do.

Can I order from overseas for someone in NZ?

Sure thing! We'll need a New Zealand phone number just in case there are any delivery hiccups and we need to get in touch with the recipient right away.

All our goodies come from the same kitchen, so there's a chance they might come in contact with nuts, gluten, or other allergens. We do our best to keep them in their own corners, but if you've got strong allergies, we'd recommend giving these treats a pass – your well-being is our priority!

We bake our Biscuits fresh to order, so you get them at their absolute best.For the best taste and texture, we recommend digging in on the day they arrive. But no worries, they'll stay tasty at room temperature for up to 5 days from your chosen delivery date when you keep them snug in an airtight container.And if you're all about that warm, gooeyness, just give them a quick zap in the microwave or oven.
